Bio
Filippa has over 15 years of experience in the retail sector with an extensive track record in retail agency and development. Her portfolio of clients over the years include Aberdeen Standard Investments, Aviva, British Land, intu and Legal & General. She has been involved in all stages of the leasing lifecycle from pre-letting of shopping centres to on-going asset management and re-purposing of assets.
Prior to joining FMX, Filippa was a Senior Associate Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate UK/Strutt & Parker where she had been for 13 years. Prior to that she spent time at Nelson Bakewell/NB Real Estate working in the retail management team there. She is a member of the RICS.
