Fishel Schlesinger is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with the educational background and practical experience required to provide world-class service to our clients. Just like his father, Fishel is also an excellent consultant and a seasoned expert appraiser in the valuation industry. He instantly showed his talent to Republic Valuations and invested effort to take our firm to the next level while using his creativity and adept assessing skill. Yet all this still didn't satisfy his entrepreneurial spirit. Fishel, along with his college friend Moshe Gutman, then established RE Tax Service, a property tax abatement company that serves to all of New York. In addition to Golden Gate Management, he is the president of our firm and continues to serve our clients while utilizing all his resources and vast knowledge to lead his team members.
