Forbes has been in the commercial real estate business since 1998, starting as a property manager with Hartman management, then in 2000 moving into third part Office leasing with Delta Realty. Forbes closed over 300 leases during his time leasing office space there. In 2005 he went to Yancey Hausman and became a Vice President of the company, doing both Office and Industrial projects. Forbes has now joined Pollan Hausman in 2010 and has closed over $50 million in Industrial and over $50 Million in Office. Forbes works on Office and Industrial sales projects as well as leasing both Landlord and Tenant Rep.
