Clifford is now a full time advisor specializing in D/FW Multifamily on the Silva Team. Ford is active throughout the D/FW area, but his main emphasis is on the HEB, Irving and Northwest Dallas County submarkets.
Ford is currently engaged in all aspects of multifamily brokerage, and spending his first year immersed in learning the business as an analyst has made Ford a valuable asset for the Silva Team and our clients. Being active in the market on a daily basis and constantly discussing multifamily with a large variety of DFW apartment owners has made Ford a true advisor for multifamily owner/operators in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Before beginning his career at Marcus & Millichap, Ford grew up in Dallas, Texas and attended Texas Tech University. There he earned an Economics Degree with a Political Science minor. Ford is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing basketball in his spare time.
