Forrest Williamson was born and raised in Whiteville, North Carolina. He joined TSCG in 2013 after previously working in corporate financial services with Northwestern Mutual and in the Wine & Spirits industry in Jackson Hole, WY. Forrest specializes in tenant representation, focusing on site selection and market analysis for national and regional retailers in North and South Carolina. Forrest earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Alabama in 2009 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He enjoys the opportunity to cover such an expansive area and meet new people in the industry.
