Mr. Fred Petrarca is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office. With more than 30 years of experience in retail, office, medical office, and industrial real estate, he will be focusing on these product specialties throughout Rhode Island.
Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Fred has spent twelve years in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate in the Providence office of Rodman Real Estate Inc. He received his CCIM designation in 1993.
