Fred founded Vanguard Realty, Inc. in 1995 and has over 25 years of both commercial and residential experience. Fred is responsible for all facets of the company including both management and construction. He possesses a wide range of experience in all aspects of management, leasing, development, construction and financing. He has been involved in millions of dollars worth of transactions throughout his career. Some notable transactions include, Whole Foods, TJ Maxx, CVS, Panera Bread, Blue Tulip, Barnes N’ Nobel and Bed Bath & Beyond.
