Gabe started his commercial real estate career at the age of 18 when he obtained his Associate Appraiser license. In this role, he gained experience working on commercial real estate appraisals over all property types and understands how to value commercial real estate. Gabe completed
a double major in Real Estate and Finance at the University of Northern Iowa. While at UNI, he served as the President of the Rho Epsilon Real Estate Club and developed connections within the industry across the country.
He later found his passion in commercial real estate brokerage and provides brokerage services at Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. In order to maximize his value to investors, landlords, and tenants, he leverages his
extensive network locally, regionally, and nationally. Gabe emphasizes the importance of building and maintaining his client relationships.
