Bio
Gabe is a Charlotte native that was originally licensed in NC in 2014 and began working in commercial real estate brokerage in the Raleigh-Durham market upon graduating from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Gabe later added SC licensure upon moving back home to Charlotte in 2018. Gabe opened up Better Realty’s Charlotte office in the 4th quarter of 2022 and is now serving as one of the Broker-in-Charges of Better Realty, LLC and our Head of Sales and Brokerage. With extensive experience working in both residential and commercial real estate, he operates out of Charlotte and his team services the Charlotte-Metro area, the Triad as well as the Raleigh-Durham markets with a focus on helping single and multi-family investors achieve their Real Estate goals whether they are seasoned investors or looking to start and build their investment portfolios.
