As a Senior Investment Advisor with MHP Brokerage, Garrett M. Strohmaier operates creatively & cares most about delivering measurable value to clients & their assets. Mr. Strohmaier focuses on transaction & advisory services for MHRV assets located in California & specific states in the Northeast Region, facilitating both acquisitions & dispositions for clients.
Formerly as Co-Founder & Vice President of Blue Capital Properties, Strohmaier focused on the disposition of value-add & distressed office properties. Prior to Blue Capital, Mr. Strohmaier joined Kidder Mathews as an Associate in 2017. His experience included the sale & leasing of retail, office, medical office, mixed-use, multifamily, & land properties. Garrett also represented Buyers in the acquisition of investment & development properties.
Mr. Strohmaier earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & a Minor in Religious Studies from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. Garrett also played on the football team as an interior offensive lineman and is a member of the Gamma Delta Chi (GDX) Fraternity.
