Gary D. Applestein has more than 35 years of corporate and commercial real estate experience. Gary specializes in representing tenants and landlords in the leasing and sale of office, warehouse and R&D space. During his career, Gary has represented numerous companies on a regional and national level. Gary has personally negotiated more than 600 leases totaling over three million square feet of space. He has represented companies across a spectrum of industries including health care, high tech, defense and financial services and has expertise in both large-scale asset marketing and tenant representation. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maryland, College Park and a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola College of Baltimore.
He is a member of CorNet Global, SIOR and NAR.
