Born and raised in San Diego (Imperial Beach), as a first generation American I grew up in a multi-cultural Mexican/Irish-American household where independence and success were not rare. As a kid, my entrepreneurial spirit began with the typical lemonade stand on Saturday mornings. It continued as I used my savings to buy and sell Mexican candy on the playground. Hard work was never more than a rake or vacuum away. The youngest of five children, with four older brothers, being the only girl was no excuse for wasting my weekends. I did my part to preserve what my mom worked so hard for, the American dream, a home she owned and bought on her own. This instilled in me the fundamental importance of saving, earning and honesty. I bring this background to my clients with every single transaction. I help them save for down payment and get the best financing. I help them earn equity and maintain their homes value. I deal with them honestly and ethically so they refer me to their friends, family, and co-workers.
