Bio
Geoff Bailey is a Managing Director at RIPCO Real Estate. He joined the company’s Brooklyn office in 2018 after previous tenures at The Shopping Center Group, Massey Knakal, and TerraCRG, a boutique Brooklyn firm, where he was Vice President of Retail Services.
Geoff has over 12 years’ experience covering retail leasing, investment sales, large-scale retail project consulting, and specializes in both tenant and landlord representation primarily in New York City. He has represented retailers including Lady M Cakes, Starbucks, Joel Robuchon, Brooklyn Flea, and SoulCycle. On the ownership side, he has represented landlords and developers such as Extell, Hudson Companies, RXR, Sterling Project Development, Jamestown, F&T Group, Shanghai Construction Group, Allyear Management, and Sydell Group.
Geoff is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and graduated from Loyola College in Maryland with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
