Gia Fenasci joined the Property One team in 2005 as the Office Coordinator and has served as the Brokerage Coordinator since 2006. As Brokerage Coordinator, Gia supports the CEO and Executive Director of Brokerage and provides administrative support for brokers specializing in tenant representation, property representation, property acquisition and disposition.
Gia also helps identify opportunities and implements solutions that improve existing processes and ability to identify inconsistencies, manages multiple internal and external workflows; and assists with the implementation of and ongoing initiatives. With nearly 15 years of experience in marketing and administrative support, Gia has a keen attention to detail and superior organization ensuring all projects are managed appropriately, allowing her brokerage team to focus on sales management and client services.
