GiGi has over 19 years of real estate experience. She has been involved in commercial related services, including leasing, acquisition of commercial properties, new business relations, development, construction, and property management. Her responsibilities include Leasing, Tenant Representation, New Development, and Sales. She has been awarded, on several occasions, the Co-Star Houston Power Broker based on leasing transaction volume. GiGi’s business affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) Urban Land Institute (ULI), where she serves on several committees. GiGi is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and also volunteers for St. Jude Children’s Research Organization.
