Prior to founding Norman Taylor, Gilles served as Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) for over a decade, where he honed his expertise in commercial real estate. His career began in the retail sector as Export Manager for BCBG Max Azria Group, overseeing business development in Switzerland and Germany.
