Bio
Glen started in real estate in 2000 as a dedicated buyer’s agent for a RE/MAX team. In 2003 he earned his Ohio broker’s license and started this brokerage with a focus on the Flat Fee model we still use today. In 2019, he took the company completely virtual and expanded it to cover all 88 Ohio counties.
Furthering his passion for learning and teaching, Glen writes a blog, generates informational videos, authored a book on real estate, and is launching a podcast for real estate agents and sellers. He believes that, as an industry, we all need to get better and the only way to do that is by working together and helping one another.
Taking advantage of his remote working model, Glen tends to travel year-round with his wife Tammie. They love warm weather, good music, interesting foods, and discovering new places and people from their other home in Puerto Rico. Curious to a fault, there isn’t much he hasn’t or wouldn’t try.
Running a real estate brokerage with his wife, son, Justin, and daughter, Taysia, is a dream come true. Glen one day hopes to recruit their other four kids to the family business and he will be the first to tell you that he’s the most fortunate person on the planet.
