Lamphere, J.D. is a licensed Illinois and Wisconsin commercial real estate broker and Vice President of Sales & Leasing at Van Vlissingen & Co., one of the Midwest’s oldest privately held commercial real estate firms, founded in 1879. Gordon represents owners, investors, developers, landlords, tenants, corporations, family offices, municipalities, and institutional clients throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, greater Chicagoland, Northern Illinois, and Southeastern Wisconsin.
Gordon’s commercial real estate practice includes industrial buildings, office properties, retail centers, medical office buildings, warehouse and distribution facilities, manufacturing facilities, flex and R&D buildings, commercial land, redevelopment sites, mixed-use properties, investment properties, sale-leasebacks, build-to-suit opportunities, and corporate site selection assignments.
