Grant is a Vice President of Formation Real Estate. He specializes in office real estate solutions in Fort Worth, Texas and is active in all types of commercial property transactions, including acquisition, sales and tenant/landlord representation.
Grant began his career at Trinity Works Development Company, where he assisted in the project management, market research and financial analysis of all related development projects. He then joined NAI Huff Partners as a Vice President before the company merged with Transwestern in 2010. He was Vice President of Transwestern until 2024, when he took a role with Formation Real Estate.
Grant received a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Texas Christian University.
