Grant is a North Carolina native with extensive experience in commercial real estate and finance. Having appraised or underwritten over three billion dollars’ worth of assets over his career, he primarily manages investor, banking, and VA relationships for CMI. On the weekends, he enjoys spending time on his boat with his wife and three children along the Crystal Coast of North Carolina.
