Grant Reves joined Block Real Estate Services in 2007 and currently serves as the Director of Acquisitions and Capital Markets. He is a seasoned investor with over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in acquisitions in excess of $4 billion. With a focus on income producing multifamily properties, Grant brings a wealth of strong relationships with lenders, brokers, owners, and operators to any transaction or operation. Passionate about finding and creating value for our clients, partners, and investors, Grant is skilled at leveraging financial analysis and capital markets to optimize returns and mitigate risks. As a Principal with Block Funds, Grant is part of a dynamic and diverse team that invests on behalf of investors in high-quality assets across the United States.
Grant earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Kansas and Missouri. In 2009, the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR) recognized Grant as the city’s top volume investment broker. Then in 2010, he was selected by KC Business Magazine as one of Kansas City’s Rising Stars. In 2019 he was named to Midwest Real Estate News Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. Grant has also been named as a Power Broker by CoStar Group four times since 2004.
