Greg Barratt is a Senior Managing Director of Berkadia in Salt Lake City. Representing all of Utah, Barratt has over 20 years of multifamily investment experience at the principal level. Greg has extensive experience in the valuation and financing of the Utah market including closing $3.3 billion in total apartment sales.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Barratt financed over 250 different multifamily properties across the nation while at Deutsche Bank in San Francisco.
