Greg Dyer is an Executive Vice President with CBRE in the Los Angeles Region South Bay office. As a member of one of the most experienced tenant representation teams in the industry, Greg and his partners provide strategic business solutions to their clients both in the local Port of Los Angeles / Long Beach Industrial Market and on targeted assignments across the country. The Team’s expertise includes site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, sale/leasebacks, build-to-suits and efficient space utilization modeling.
