Greg has over 30 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, beginning his career as the Assistant General Manager of Yorkdale Shopping Centre in 1990. Throughout the course of his career, he has held various management and director of leasing positions with companies including Trilea, Council Management, and RioCan REIT. During this period Greg played an integral role in the redevelopment of enclosed and strip retail centres repositioning the assets from their tired state to become dominant retail destinations in their respective communities. Greg was also directly involved in the financing and eventual disposition of the assets. Greg’s extensive experience in management proved to lay a solid foundation and deep understanding of the principals of all aspects of commercial real estate. Some of these notable projects include the pre and post development leasing for Riocan Centre Burloak, Riocan Centre Milton as well as involvement in the initial planning of the redevelopment of Riocan’s Yonge Eglinton Centre.

Greg left the corporate world in 2008 to follow his entrepreneurial passion and pursue an opportunity in the brokerage community. In 2012 he formed Clearstream Commercial Real Estate and has continued servicing clients all aspects of commercial real estate. Greg’s list of clients range from small to institutional and national landlords, tenants and investors in the retail, industrial and office sectors and have confidently relied on Greg to consistently deliver results.
