Greg Ix is the Executive Vice President of Leasing at Big V Property Group. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the retail industry to the Big V Team, with expertise in leasing, redevelopment, re-merchandising, tenant mix, and maximizing NOI. Prior to joining Big V, Greg was a Senior Vice President at JLL, responsible for the overall development and execution of leasing strategies. Greg has strong knowledge of lease negotiations, development, re-development, and tenant mix and has developed and maintains strong retailer and Landlord relationships on national, regional, and local levels. Prior to joining JLL, Greg was Vice President of Kimco Realty’s Southern Region. He was responsible for seven South Eastern states, and Puerto Rico. As Vice President, he oversaw budgeting, leasing, redevelopment, remerchandising, and repositioning of retails assets. Greg received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University. He holds a real estate license in the states of North Carolina and New Jersey.
