Greg brings three decades of experience in commercial real estate to the table with project experience throughout Central Florida and the Gulf Coast with an emphasis on the Tampa MSA. Since 2010, Greg has brokered sales and lease transactions for national, regional, and local brands representing retail, food service, office, medical, automotive, and land asset classes. His projects have ranged in size from a 550,000 SF big box-anchored regional center to inline neighborhood centers. His experience has given him insights into project development throughout Florida and he dedicates his time to helping clients find, evaluate, select, and develop sites into valuable locations for their business, whether they are a corporate entity or entrepreneur with a dream. Greg has invested his time in several real estate industry groups and was the 2023 CCIM West Coast District President. Beyond his work life, family and golf keep him busy.
