Greg Stumm joined CenterPoint in 2024 as the West Region Leasing Officer. He is responsible for managing broker relationships, tenant interaction and lease transactions for the West Region, which includes Infill Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Orange County, Bay Area, Central Valley, Pacific Northwest, San Diego, and Phoenix markets.
Before joining CenterPoint, Greg was the Director of West Coast Acquisitions for Bridge Industrial. His responsibilities included sourcing and underwriting new value-add and core plus acquisitions across California, Washington and Arizona in addition to leasing Bridge’s existing assets in Southern and Northern California. Prior to working at Bridge Industrial, Greg spent 10 years as an industrial real estate broker at Newmark where he focused on landlord and tenant representation for industrial assets throughout the Infill Los Angeles market.
