Gregory Zadrozny is a Licensed Associate Broker with Hanna Commercial Real Estate in Buffalo, NY. Mr. Zadrozny began his career with the National Equity Development Group in 1982. He joined Stovroff & Herman Commercial Division in 1988 as a Broker. Stovroff became RealtyUSA Commercial and was acquired by Hanna Commercial in 2016.
Over the last 35 years, Mr. Zadrozny has successfully completed numerous commercial real estate transactions in a variety of categories including office, investment, multi-units, vacant land, strip plazas, retail & restaurant sales and leasing. He is a consistent multi-million dollar producer who has been recognized by Business First with Multiple Deal Maker of the Year awards. Recently, Mr. Zadrozny was awarded the 2021 Top Producer Award by Hanna Commercial – Buffalo Office.
