With over 20 years of real estate experience, including more than a decade focused exclusively on commercial real estate, Gretchen brings extensive market knowledge, analytical expertise, and a client-focused approach to every assignment.
Her background includes residential market analysis, property management, foreclosures, broker price opinions (BPOs), commercial market research, demographic analysis, and site selection. Gretchen specializes in office and retail brokerage, representing both landlords and tenants throughout Southwest Florida.
