Greyson is the President and Owner of Greyson S. Morgan & Associates, a Greenville-based appraisal company. Prior to opening Greyson S. Morgan & Associates, he served as a Senior Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Charlotte, North Carolina, office for 2 years. Prior to joining Newmark, Greyson was also a Senior Valuation Specialist for 18 months at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services.
