Griffin Kibens serves as a Transaction Manager in our Dallas, Texas office. Her primary responsibilities include efficiently handling transactions for occupier clients and providing both strategic planning and transaction services to clients across a number of different industries. Griffin comes to Mohr Partners from CBRE, where she served as a Transaction Specialist in St. Louis. There, she led new site selection processes and completed renewals, acquisitions, and new/relocations for numerous companies. She also managed and maintained relationships with a self-created national network of brokers. Additionally, Griffin worked as a Senior Transaction Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield, where she oversaw renewals, acquisitions, and new/relocations. Griffin has also spent time as an Inquiries Representative at Real Equity Management and an Audit Intern at Kerber, Eck & Braeckel. Griffin is a graduate of the University of Missouri, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
