Gus Martinez, PA, is Owner and Managing Director of CMV Commercial and founder of The Martinez Team, a boutique commercial real estate practice based in Plantation, Florida. He has advised owners, occupiers, and investors in South Florida commercial real estate since 2002, founded The Martinez Team in 2012, and co-founded the firm now operating as CMV Commercial in 2024.
He represents landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and investors across three South Florida counties: Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach. Assignments span office, medical office, retail, industrial, multifamily, land, and redevelopment. Core services include landlord representation and leasing, tenant representation and site selection, investment sales, seller brokerage, and buyer representation.
