Guy P. Davidson grew up in Savannah, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2003, earning a B.B.A. in Finance from the Terry College of Business. Upon graduation, he formed a real estate investment company and in 2004 joined Development Associates, Inc (DAI) to help grow the real estate development firm’s portfolio. After spending a decade acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the development business under the guidance of DAI’s managing partner, Mike Kistler, Guy now oversees the daily operations at DAI. His primary responsibilities include deal analysis, project development, construction management, sourcing new opportunities for the company and government relations.
