Guy Warren is a principal member of the Lee & Associates Oakland office, specializing in land development opportunities, entitlements, building sales and investment sales in the Northern California area.
Guy has been involved in the field of Commercial Real Estate for more than 26 years. He started out as an industrial sales and leasing agent in Silicon Valley. For 24 years he has been involved in numerous land development transactions, both as a principal, a consultant and a real estate agent. He worked at De Silva Group for 10 years doing land acquisitions as well as pre entitlements.
At Lee & Associates, Guy’s main focus is on land development, building sales, and investments. Guy specializes in identifying overlooked, undervalued or distressed opportunities in residential, mixed-use, industrial and retail. He is familiar with all aspects of acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements and dispositions.
Guy has completed more than $384 million in sales since 2014.
