Hal Watson is the President of HSM Multi Housing LLC, a new division that specializes in multifamily investment, development, and management. This division is a joint venture between the Henry S. Miller Company and SNK Realty Group.
With over 35 years of experience in the multifamily sector, Hal brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Henry S. Miller. He started his career in 1985 as a summer intern at HSM, working in the Office Buildings Division and for Vance C. Miller Interests. After graduating from Harvard in 1987, he joined JMB Realty Group as its Office Leasing Manager in downtown San Francisco.
In 1990, he co-founded SNK Realty Group with Osaka’s Kishimoto Building Group. Under Watson’s leadership, SNK became a fully integrated multifamily operating company that developed more than 8,000 units of various types all over the western United States. Hal and SNK also invested in, managed, and consulted on many other projects across the rest of the country.
Through their collaboration as HSM Multi Housing, Henry S. Miller and Hal/SNK aim to deliver high-quality multifamily and mixed-use projects that satisfy the needs and expectations of today’s residents and investors.
