Mr. O'Donnell is founding partner at GoodSpace NYC. He focuses on strategic expansion for tenants in prime retail markets across the city and the boroughs. As a long-time Brooklyn resident, he specializes in landlord and tenant representation in the rapidly evolving Brooklyn retail markets of Williamsburg, Bushwick, Downtown Brooklyn, and Cobble Hill among others.
Mr. O’Donnell has worked in the New York City Commercial Real Estate Industry since 2011 and has completed transactions on behalf of national tenants such as Apple, Tesla, Vans, Supreme, J.Crew, Madewell, Stumptown Coffee, and Flywheel.
Mr. O'Donnell is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and REBNY. He has degrees in Sociology, Social Policy and Urban Studies from Tulane University.
