Bio
Harry A. Blyden joined Colliers in 2018 with more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in investment sales and debt & equity placement. As Senior Vice President with the South Florida Investment Services Team, Mr. Blyden provides deep capital markets knowledge and transaction experience in assisting clients in successfully executing their investment and disposition strategies. He has completed in excess of $1 billion of capital market transactions involving office, medical, land and retail properties throughout the state of Florida primarily in Miami-Dade County and the broader South Florida region.
As a seasoned capital markets professional, he has provided financial advisory and transaction services to a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, private equity groups, and large financial institutions including LNR Partners, Starwood, Lennar, CW Capital, Wells Fargo, Blackstone (GE Capital), Atalaya Capital, Zurich, Eightfold Real Estate Capital, BankUnited, Greenstreet Partners, Bank of America, and Velocis.
Immediately prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Blyden worked at CREC (acquired by Colliers) for nearly 20 years as Senior Vice President specializing in investment sales & capital market transactions, equity placement & structing of real estate investments, and workout & receivership assignments. Before CREC, Mr. Blyden held senior executive positions with Terranova in Miami and with Stiles in Ft. Lauderdale. His experience also includes Senior Manager with KPMG’s Real Estate & Capital Markets consulting group in Miami, and Principal/Senior Portfolio Manager with AEW Capital Management (formerly Copley Real Estate Advisors) in Boston.
