Hayley is an Executive Managing Director and the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Hayley’s responsibilities include oversight of the financial management and reporting functions. In addition to these responsibilities, Hayley oversees the teams that manage the company’s Research and Strategy. Under Hayley’s leadership, USPC has managed and maintained over 1,000 doors, multiple rehab projects, and over 65% rent growth throughout 2019-2022.
Before joining US Property Consultants in 2018, Hayley was on successful management teams playing an integral role in over $200 million in equity and acquisition transactions.
