Bio
Heidi Duffy is an Asset Manager. Heidi works collectively with the Asset Management Department to oversee the Western portfolio assets.
Heidi is responsible for analyzing the financial qualifications of prospective tenants and driving lease negotiations to capture profitable returns within Meridian’s portfolio. She also oversees tenant improvements, capital projects, tenant relations, and contributes to the resolution of tenant or public complaints.
Heidi is Vice President of BOMA’s Oakland/East Bay Medical Office Building Special Interest Group and Chairs their Annual Medical Office Summit. She has been mentored through the group and has gained knowledge and relationships that have aided in her career growth.
