Herb Warmbrodt is a HREC Investment Advisors® Principal in the Kansas City office. Herb began his hospitality investment career in the mid 1980's with RHW Companies as Director of Acquisitions for the development, financing, management and disposition of Residence Inn by Marriott hotels. In 1991, Herb joined a Kansas City based boutique investment banking firm as a partner and headed the hospitality platform before founding Warmbrodt Hotel Investments in 2003. In his 30+ years in the hospitality industry, Herb has been involved in over $1.5 billion in hospitality transactions.
