Holcombe Crosswell is Vice President of Land Investment for Partners Capital in the Houston office. Holcombe will work closely with Dan Moody to execute current Land Fund initiatives and support the continued growth of the platform.
Holcombe brings valuable experience from his time at Ventana Capital in Denver, Colorado, where he spent two years sourcing both commercial and residential land acquisitions. He also played a key role in advancing projects through critical entitlement processes.
Before Ventana, Holcombe served as a Project Manager at Arch-Con Corporation, where he gained hands-on experience in construction operations that further strengthened his foundation in the development world.
