Holly Greer is serving as the Director of Property Management for Barnhart Guess Properties/Barnhart Commercial Management.
Holly holds a Georgia Real Estate Brokers License and is also a Notary Public for the State of Georgia. She began her career in real estate with Inland Southern Management in 2002. The highlight of her career is working with Tenants, Vendors, Owners, and Co-workers, and providing excellent service to all while maintaining Class A centers. Her work experience encompasses the following areas: lease administration, collections, due dilligence, human resources, office administration, asset management and commercial property management.
Creating spreadsheets is one of her favorite computer skills. She is proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook; Quickbooks Pro, AMSI, and Yardi accounting software.
The State of Georgia has been Holly's home since her elementary school years. She attended Young Harris College. Her areas of study were Psychology and Early Childhood Education. She enjoyed serving on the Committee during her son's tenure in Cub/Boy Scouts. Her personal time is spent reading and spending time with her family.
