Houston Koon is a results-driven commercial real estate professional with a strong foundation in business, strategy, and competitive excellence. A former Division I baseball player at Coastal Carolina University, Houston began his collegiate athletic career as a standout at the NJCAA level, earning All-American honors and being named Player of the Year in his region.
At Coastal, Houston excelled both on and off the field, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Business Management and Marketing Strategies: Interdisciplinary Studies. He was a consistent high achiever, earning placement on the President’s List during his undergraduate studies and the Dean’s List throughout graduate school.
Houston graduated with his MBA in Commercial and Investment Real Estate, with magna cum laude honors in May of 2025. His academic success complements his deepening expertise in market analysis, investment strategy, and client-focused solutions.
