Mr. Dean owns and operates all of his buildings. He has been developing his family owned properties for over 35 years. A licensed Attorney and trained Civil Engineer, Mr. Dean is deeply involved in all aspects of the properties – from legal to landscaping. One of his passions is taking old worn out buildings and, with some tender loving care, make them into wonderful, livable, leasable gems.
