Hudson Lambert started in commercial real estate in July 2019 and specializes in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail assets. Since closing his first transaction in October 2020, Hudson has closed 170+ properties totaling over $840 Million in consideration. Prior to the launch of SUMMIT RE, he was a partner and the number 1 producer at his previous firm in 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025.
Hudson’s unmatched work ethic, client-centric mentality, aggressive marketing approach, and ability to solve problems have established him as a top-producing retail broker in Texas and the United States.
Hudson played collegiate baseball for two years before graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, where he met his wife, Dylan. Hudson, Dylan, and their dog, Johnson, enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and attending live music events.
