Hugues is Directeur Général Adjoint, France where he works closely with Scannell’s occupier and investor clients to identify and acquire key strategic sites and develop them into modern, high-specification logistics units.
Desbarrières has over 10 years’ experience in construction, development and real estate investment, most recently as Development Director at logistics and industrial real estate investor, Dentressangle and before that, at major retailer Lidl where he oversaw the development of its logistics and office space throughout France.
