Platt is a Senior Advisor at Tradd Commercial. He is a graduate of Clemson University and has over 25 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate to include brokerage, leasing, valuation, advisory and consultation, site selection and land development. Platt is also a Certified General Appraiser and is a candidate member of the CCIM Institute. He primarily works in the Southeast to include an emphasis placed on the Greenville-Spartanburg MSA, Wilmington MSA and the Myrtle Beach MSA.
