Hyatt joined Swearingen Realty Group in 2008, and specializes in local and national Exclusive Tenant Representation. As part of the Corporate Services Division, Hyatt focuses heavily on corporate portfolio management. He oversees site selection, market research and Negotiations for transactions of all types and provides a web-based lease management system to corporate clients.
Hyatt has negotiated over 1,500 real estate transactions, of all sizes, in various markets throughout the United States. Such transactions include relocations, de novo sites, renewals, dispositions and build-to-suits for clients in the industrial, retail, banking and healthcare industries. He has rapidly gained a vast knowledge of market conditions across the country in the pursuit of growth opportunities for his clients.
