Ian Armbruster is an Associate at Lee & Associates in Inland Empire starting June 2025. Ian Armbruster was formerly with Stream Realty Partners starting in March 2022 as a Vice President. His focus will be on sourcing and executing new acquisition opportunities, investment sales and leasing service business, and developments along with recruiting and training team members in the Inland Empire.
Ian previously worked at Colliers International as an Associate focused on the development of storage and distribution warehouses across the Inland Empire. He is credited with helping close a 120-acre deal in Riverside County with plans to build multiple warehouses totaling nearly 2 million square feet. Ian served as an intern on the Ontario industrial team before joining Colliers full-time.
