An integral member of the Ventura County team of Industrial Specialists, Indira Rodriguez is widely recognized as one of Ventura’s most experienced and respected commercial real estate marketing specialists. Over 25 years of industry experience have given her an in-depth understanding of the industrial marketplace and the skills necessary to successfully serve every client and complete every transaction. Her active California Real Estate Sales License allows her to show properties, negotiate leases and discuss market information with clients. She and her team are recognized as the experts when it comes to the sales and leasing of industrial properties throughout Ventura County. They have earned the distinction of being in the elite top-five broker category every year. Indira began her CBRE career in a support capacity. She performed the duties of administrative assistant, listing and transaction coordinator and senior information services.
